Path of Light
A maze game that bridges the VR world and the physical world together by using Unity and Arduino.
INTRODUCTION
Path of light is a two-player VR game, where the VR player will manage to come out of a maze with invisible walls in darkness, requiring help from a physical player interacting with a physical maze, whom will be using a flashlight to light up each turn points to guide the VR player coming out. As the flashlight lit on specific locations on the maze, the corresponding walls in VR will appear a ‘blackhole’ glowing in blue, as a guide for the player knowing the correct passage without colliding onto the invisible walls. However, if the player does collide, the matching location of the wall on the physical maze will also light up a LED bulb, helping the physical player locating where exactly the VR player is in the virtuality.
